Dr. Jessica Suzanne Mosher, MD, CEO and founder, is a nationally recognized, Harvard- and Stanford-trained expert in Mohs Micrographic Surgery. She is double-board certified in Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic surgery, and completed an Internal Medicine residency and additional plastic surgery training. Our Best of Boston Mohs team, together since 2009, is committed to partnering with you in your health care journey, while making sure your surgical aesthetic outcome is second-to-none.     Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive cosmetic treatment that uses fine needles to stimulate the skin’s natural healing response, promoting the production of new collagen and elastin for smoother, firmer skin.

    Botulinum toxin is widely used to temporarily soften facial wrinkles by relaxing targeted muscles that cause expression lines. Administered in small, purified doses, it can also be used to treat medical conditions such as chronic migraines, excessive sweating, and muscle spasm
